I am giving you a poor rating because I am unable to get satisfaction on my AquaJet Water Flosser 2024, purchased on line February 14, 2024 on Amazon. I love the flosser, but it stopped working mid trip. I contacted Amazon and they indicated that it was within warranty and that I should contact you. I did so on line. I was told a new flosser would be mailed out. I expected it to be at my home or mail box when I returned. It was not. I have spent much time trying to get back to you. Please reach out to me to help me reverse my rating and be able to give this great flossers the rating it deserves. Dana Bowen
